Onggi Made from Natural Materials
Our onggi is crafted using pure natural glazes and maekbansuk (a type of stone), allowing the vessel to breathe through appropriate humidity and air ventilation. This unique process creates countless tiny pores at 1200 degrees Celsius, enabling the pot to absorb and release external air, making it a truly breathing container.
Because the entire onggi breathes, it promotes a level of healthiness that is distinctly different from other airtight containers.
The mini onggi serves not only as a simple decorative item but can also be used as a storage vessel for sauces like doenjang and gochujang, as well as for seasoning ingredients like salt or sesame seeds.
 
Cautions:
Avoid scrubbing with hard materials like steel wool, as they may scratch the surface.
Since all pottery is handcrafted, there may be slight scratches, dents, or uneven areas. Variations in color may occur, but these are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
